Is presenting an important part of your role, and yet it fills you with dread?
Good news! You're not alone. Being a great speaker isn't about fitting into a template. It's about finding the unique, authentic style that works for you.
Hi, I’m Andrea, Executive Speaker Coach
I've been working behind the scenes and coaching speakers at conferences all over the world for almost 25 years. This experience has taught me three essential truths:
There are many different ways to be an amazing speaker.
Traditional presentation advice doesn't always work for everyone.
Anyone can become a great speaker by finding what works for them.
That’s why I work differently with my clients, helping you create clear, memorable messages to wow your audience and approach presenting with a more positive mindset. You walk away feeling calm and confident in your ability to influence any audience and have the desired impact.
From dread to prepared: helping you master the unexpected
Your presentation matters. That's why I’m so passionate about making sure you have not only a confident presentation mindset, but a message that packs a punch and leaves a lasting impact on your audience.
While creating strong content and delivering it with confidence is crucial, there's nothing more frustrating than working hard on your content and performance, only to be thrown off by something unexpected! In over two decades of working with speakers, I’ve seen it: lights cutting out, microphones dying, marathon coughing fits, and even a full-on stage invasion!
That’s why a key part of my process is preparation. You don’t have to be afraid of things going wrong! Handled with a smile, these moments can give you a chance to show you're human, connect with your audience, and even make your presentation (and your message) more memorable.

“I could not recommend Andrea more! Not only is her technical and practical advice excellent and impactful, but the energy she brings to every session is fantastic. She is very good at helping you create a positive and confident mindset, which I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own. The structure of her approach was very helpful, and her guidance is also bespoke to you, your presentation content and your audience. Having Andrea in your corner really makes all the difference.”

My Own Imposter Syndrome Story
You know what else can hold a great speaker back? Their own mind. My own Imposter Syndrome nearly stopped me from becoming a speaker coach! Even though with lots of encouragement from the speakers I worked with, I became overcome with fear. I told myself:
❌ “You’re not like the other coaches you've worked with.”
❌ “You haven't been to RADA or been a TV presenter.”
❌ “You don’t speak yourself on huge stages."
It took a couple of years for the penny to drop, but those supposed “weaknesses” were actually some of my greatest strengths. They were what made me different and unique. Today, they mean:
✅ My knowledge comes from 20+ years of working with speakers all over the world and seeing just how many different ways there are to be a wonderful presenter.
✅ I can truly understand challenges like nerves and imposter syndrome - I have them too!
✅ The speakers I work with enjoy my focus on them and find me approachable and comfortable to work with. I find the right model for them, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution.
I'm now completely fascinated by working with people to investigate their feelings of Imposter Syndrome and helping them change the narrative in their heads. And I haven't yet come across a situation where it's not possible.
